1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Nixara Jewels website at www.nixarajewels.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Nixara Jewels

Nixara Jewels is a luxury lab grown diamond jewellery brand based in Surat, Gujarat, India. We offer certified lab grown diamonds (GIA, IGI & HRD) and bespoke fine jewellery design services. We operate exclusively through our website and by appointment at our Surat studio.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices displayed are indicative and may vary based on current metal rates, diamond specifications, and market conditions.
• Final pricing is confirmed during a personalised consultation with our team.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
• Certification details (GIA, IGI, HRD) are specific to each stone and will be provided upon purchase.

4. Bespoke & Custom Orders

• Bespoke and customised orders are confirmed only after a detailed consultation and written agreement.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to commence bespoke work.
• Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Estimated timelines for bespoke work are 4–8 weeks from design confirmation.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with all certification documents.
• Returns must be initiated by contacting us at nixarajewels@gmail.com.
• Custom, resized, or engraved pieces are non-returnable.
• Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India via fully insured courier services.
• Delivery timelines are 5–10 business days for ready stock; 4–8 weeks for bespoke pieces.
• International shipping is available by special arrangement — contact us for details.
• Nixara Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

7. Account & Authentication

• You may create an account using email OTP verification or Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Admin access is restricted to authorised Nixara personnel only.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including design, photography, logo, text, and product descriptions — is the exclusive property of Nixara Jewels. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nixara Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
